Public Safety Ice Diving in Clinton, CT Feb. 21-24- hosted by Diver’s Cove

FIND OUT WHY WE ARE SO DIFFERENT – REAL LIFE TRAINING FOR REAL LIFE  OPERATIONSLIFEGUARD SYSTEMS

If a team is called out, that means the ice was not strong enough to support the victim who fell through. PSD teams need to learn how to work on as little as ½ inch thick ice. Walking or crawling on the ice is not an option. This course will teach you how to arrive on scene, dress and deploy a primary diver & tender, backup diver& tender, and 90%-ready diver across 100 feet of unsupportive ice with the LGS human piton pulley system, find an infant mannequin 75 feet further out, transport the infant to shore – all in under 10 minutes! This will be done with the highest scuba safety standards in the industry.
